Alannah Myles music struck me as soulful and edgy when I first heard it, and it was the #18 song of the last decade. Given the chance, “Black Velvet” could reconnect with old fans and also reach a whole new audience through podcasting. Let the music stand on its own, free from the constraints of ‘release windows,’ PR budgets, and Grammy cycles. Put Alannah on the Pod!
