Yeah, that’s what we call a premature comment. I reacted to the description two days before listening to the episode.
I think you absolutely do have the right to copy to DVD under Fair Use… which is why you can buy that gizmo that lets you. How does that copy protection work though, isn’t it just another video connection? Would it work with an older VCR/DVDR?
